About Me

Meet Josh
Hello!
My name is Josh Potter. I’ve spent most of my career as a top client manager for one of the largest international staffing and consulting firms in the world. Over the last15 years, I've work with over 2500 clients to help them discover who they are, what’s meaningful to them, what are good at and, ultimately, how to leverage all of that to achieve their career and life goals.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University, a master’s in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, and I am an ASA Certified Staffing Professional.

I am a guide, not a salesperson. I’ve always valued a trusting, long-term relationship over a quick placement. I never try to convince anyone of anything or force someone into a position they don’t feel ready for. It’s my job to ask the right questions to guide my client’s decision-making process. When you choose to work with me, you can count on my being attentive to your needs, listening to your concerns, and providing honest and direct feedback.
I’ve always believed in full life-cycle recruiting. Meaning it was never my goal to work with a person once, helping them find a job, and then moving on. I take pride in working with clients over their whole career. I have a strong record of helping the same person move into several different roles progressively throughout their career. From developmental positions that grow skills and build experience, to increasing responsibilities and taking that “next leap” to a senior, manager or executive position, I love coaching clients through it all.
